NAMIB DESERT LODGE **
Location
Namib Desert Lodge is situated on the C 19; 40 km north of Sesriem, 40 km south of Solitaire, it is at the foot of red ‘fossilised’ dunes. It is the perfect starting point to explore the Namib Desert on a Dune Drive in the Gondwana Namib Park or to visit the nearby Sossusvlei.
Facilities available:
A thatched restaurant is generously appointed and also includes a cosy bar and a cellar well-stocked with fine South African wines. After dinner you can move to the terrace under the magnificent dome of the southern night-sky and enjoy the view of the softly illuminated fossilised dunes while reflecting on the day’s events.
Accommodation available:
Guest accommodation consists of 76 rooms with bathroom and private veranda. It is all set up un bungalow section in a green garden that doesn't give you the idea there can be so many rooms
Activities:
Very nice nature drive on the dune, which offer magnificent scenery perspective.
